Ms. LALITA KAUSHIK

5 years experience of counselling

Trained Psychodynamic psychotherapist. Having worked with adult patients with various life stage related psychological problems. Experience of long and short term therapy with people in order to help them their fuller potential into various segments of their lives like academics, work stress, dealing with children, family conflicts etc.

In my work with young people I have come to realise that life stage decisions have turned their picture and we all today have a lot of concerns about what is right for us. When we come from an empowered space of wanting to change the society and cultural notions of gender roles, it is challenging to step into newer bonds like relationships and marriage and we are at quest for what is more important and how to value things in long run. Marriage counselling hence we wish to create as a space where in the modern world, we the youth can raise our questions, difficulties of trusting and believing into long term commitments as well as uncertainty bound with times and minds.
